A Booklace (mini book necklace) from Amaranth Press and Bindery

#2   Pulled, Pressed and Screened: Important American Prints is an outstanding, not to be missed exhibition at SU Art Galleries on view until January 6th. These prints cover a wide breadth of techniques ranging from experimental to more traditional, encompassing a multitude of differing artistic visions. Tracing the beginnings of printmaking as an expressive medium rather than simply illustrative, each piece stamps the mark of the artist telling his or her story with their particular medium in their particular time. This staggering travel through time in American printmaking displays forceful works in etching, lithography, screenprinting, embossing, cardboard cutouts, various combinations and et cetera. Highly recommended! Find more info at http://suart.syr.edu
