Steve Miller, Master Printer, to Give Lecture at Wells College on Thursday, October 18

The Wells College Book Arts Center announces that Steve Miller will give the 34th Susan Garretson Swartzburg Book Arts Lecture at 5:00 on Thursday, October 18. Miller, who is co-director of Paper and Book Intensive, runs the MFA Program in Book Arts at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. In his talk entitled Why Books? Miller will explore our eternal fascination with the idea, materials, processes, and creation of books, especially in our increasingly digital world. The talk will be held in Stratton Hall Auditorium on the Wells campus in Aurora, NY. This event is free and open to the public.
